• the mattress must be returned in a condition suitable for pickup (normal use is acceptable).
Normal signs of use consistent with a trial period do not disqualify you from a return.

• You are not responsible for transportation or logistics costs related to the return.
Once the pickup is completed, the refund process will begin.
