3. Delivery Method

All deliveries are performed as white-glove delivery service, which includes:
• delivery of the mattress to the customer’s address,
• placement of the mattress in the room of your choice,
• unpacking of the mattress,
• removal and disposal of all packaging materials.

No assembly or preparation is required from the customer.

4. Scheduling the Delivery

Once your order is ready for shipment:
• our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date,
• an adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to accept the order.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon successful delivery.
Risk of loss passes to you once the mattress is delivered to the specified address.
